President & CEO
Serial entrepreneur and Founder of BLAC in 2010, Bertrand began his aviation career at Air Littoral in 1996. He founded Axis Partners Group in 1999 and the French airline Axis Airways in 2000 which grew to become one of France's top five operators before its sale to a hedge fund in 2006. Bertrand holds a Postgraduate degree in Airlines Management & Aviation Law (IFURTA, University of Aix-en-Provence) and a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering (ISEM, University of Montpellier I). He brings 30 years of commercial aviation experience.
FRANCIS PIERRE
VP Engeneering
Following an 18-year military career as an Engineer Officer on C135FR tankers and AWACS platforms, Francis transitioned to the civilian sector as Technical Director for Euralair, Axis Airways, and Air Tahiti — where he managed ATR maintenance operations and fleet for 11 years. He subsequently served as Managing Director of ACIA Group's ATR cargo conversion division. Francis brings 42 years of aeronautical maintenance, fleet management, and transaction expertise.
STUART PERKINS
Asia Commercial VP
With over 30 years in aviation as a pilot, instructor, and commercial lessor/broker, Stuart spent 12 years in Singapore heading global aviation sales and leasing for Phoenix Aircraft Leasing, specialising in the turboprop market. Having lived in South East Asia for 25 years, Stuart brings unparalleled regional knowledge and an extensive client base across the Asian airline industry.
NAOUAL PIRAT
Admin & Marketing Manager
With 30 years of aviation marketing and administration experience, Naoual has held roles as Travel Agent, Aircraft Broker, Group Department Manager, and Tour Operator Founder. Her career spans Airlines Airport Sales Management at Air France, Air Littoral, and Swissair Group, with deep expertise in GDS AMADEUS/PARS systems. She holds a Master's degree in English from the University of Montpellier III.
